This is by far the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life, even his assistant is horrible & rude. I am being 100% honest when I say this doctor has a mental problem. He has the worst bedside manner. I spent almost 4 hours at my appointment but seeing Dr. Cosgrove less than 20 minutes. I will be writing the medical board
For all the negative reviews and comments; as Dr Phil says, “ regardless how flat a pancake is, there are always 2 sides”. Same applies here, there are always 2 sides to the story. You guys that have found courage behind the keyboard have the upper hand because Dr Cosgrove can not defend himself due to restrictive regulations. Horrible Experience, I call they say they accept new patients. Then Doctor sends referral, then they say we aren't accepting UAB patients. Office staff very Rude
