This man is a disgrace to the medical profession—a lying charlatan. He told me he would send me pain medication following an abscess caused by surgery, but he never did. When they contacted him, he claimed he couldn't do anything until the next day—meaning I had to spend the entire evening and night in pain, while he couldn't have cared less. ZERO STARS.
Dr. Polanco is my life saver , he has been my Dr. for many years now and has helped me in several occasions. He has done blocks and prps on me all bringing me great relief and helping me with my quality of life again . As a single mother that is something I truly value and appreciate. He is such a well informed provider that going to his appts was something I always looked forward to because YES sometimes the wait is lengthy.
