This is the best physical therapy office I have been to in St Augustine, (out of four others). The staff are really friendly, eager to assist, & very well trained. I would definitely recommend this facility over any other in town. The facility & machines are excellent. I recommend Brenda Stevens for manual therapy. Heather, Tiffany, Bergen, Kashia (sp?), Dr. Fechter, Dr. Scott, Dr. Farrell, & anyone else I might have overlooked are the best! Very relaxed & cheerful atmosphere.

I have been seeing Dr. Scott Fechter for the past 8 years for chronic skeletal issues. I've been to many Chiropractors throughout my life and he's been the only one that has successfully diagnosed certain things and been able to help me. He really cares about ME and wants to do all he can to alleviate your pain. His staff, front office and assistants, are vey kind and professional. The staff here is Wonderful! I felt like I was part of your family since the very first day. Heather always greets you with a big smile! Julie and Julianne have both helped my family and they are very thorough and making sure you feel better when you leave. Angie she is a wonderful,energetic and lights up the room when you come in. I really enjoy coming to the pain relief center and I will always remember where to go when I have pain. Thank you All for treating my family like your family.
Love my Pain Relief centre, they have treated my whole family and we all have had significant results from their treatment. Highly professional and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend.
I highly recommend the Pain Relief Centre, the staff is trained to take care of you, and their massage therapist are the best on town!
