I find everyone to be kind and considerate throughout the entire office. The medical staff exceeds my expectations and usher me into wellness. I definitely recommend Massage Therapy with Sharon! Since starting regular I am feeling much better and invigorated! I highly recommend Sharon to relieve my pain! Dr. Fechter is so kind and patient in Customizing care and goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best and complete care even outside the clinic.
I was seeing another chiropractor and was very unhappy with e service I was receiving. A friend of mine recommended I try Pain Relief Centre. What an awesome referral. I’ve been getting massages with Sharon Smith and it has made a world of difference. The massages target my areas of pain and helps relieve soreness in my back. I couldn’t recommend Sharon any more highly. If you want someone that will address your issues, Sharon is the perfect person.
Best place to get treatment to get rid of your pain . Very professional atmosphere .dr fechter is the best . Don’t miss treatments see the difference .
This is the best chiropractor, physical therapy, massage and rehab in St.Augustine I have been to and I will not go anywhere else. I love everything about this place. Dr. Farrell and the staff are all just amazing and very friendly. It's definitely a 5 star rating!

Highly recommend the Pain Relief Center.... I got a massage from Angela and Ohhhhhhhh my goodness it was terrific. I needed the deep tissue due to my job, my neck muscles are a hot mess and she was able to get in there and work them.... I will be back for sure !!!

I sent my mother to Dr. Fechter about 2 weeks ago, and she is already feeling better. Seeing my mother in pain is hard to watch, but I saw her yesterday and she looked much better and said she was already feeling relief. He came up with a treatment plan and has her back on the path to living pain free! Seriously, give him a chance to relieve your pain. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and has a heart of gold! You can tell he truly wants the best for his patients.

This is a very caring facility. After suffering with lower back pain for 4 months going to different facilities and not getting results, the second day I went to pain relief center I felt an enormous improvement. It felt good that I was getting my life back. They really go the extra mile to make sure that you're starting to get relief I would recommend pain relief center to anyone suffering from pain in St Augustine Florida.😘
