Pain Free I did not sleep for nights because I thought it was arthritis. I am now free of pain in my legs. Everybody that works here is âawesomeâ.
RecommendedI found out that these people really care about their patients. The staff and Dr. Otero were very comforting and honest with a special "knack" for making one feel better, not just physically but emotionally too.
love my doctor . this place has helped me tremendously to get on with my life and able to function from day-to-day I would not have done it without these doctors I'm so thankful for them . I would definitely not see another . I would recommend this place to anyone who is not able to function from day-to-day because of their pain . I'm so thankful I have a loving and caring Doctor Who actually listens to me and solves the problem thank you West Park Surgery Center I just love you guys
Awful and terrible place. They make sick people in pain wait for hours. Double book people here. No courtesy. Didn’t call to tell us they were three hours or more behind. No one answered the phone. The waiting room is falling apart and not a safe environment for people. Never would come here again and this place should be shutdown.
Dumped me . Sent me into a room with a abrasive attitude. Insensitive.. Never had a problem before this tactless person . Everyone else I had no problems with they do a gr8 job . But you can't trust them !
This is a scathing review. Highly dissatisfied with Pain Relief Center. Waiting time at the beginning and the waiting time for the scripts are atrocious. Don’t see the actual doctors but a ARNP who can’t adjust my medication. Had to make a separate appointment to see an actual doctor!!! Please find a different pain management center.
Pain Relief Center is like a glass of cool water in the desert for me.. It is an Oasis for health and healing. I have been going fotr over 2 years with not only great results, but EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE has treated me top-notch! They not only deal with pain, they also deal with addiction from pain medication! I was so happy to go to the Pain Clinic. I have been suffering from pain for yrs that has progressively become worse over time. I was lying on the examination bed due to the 45 min wait and pain from sitting in a hard chair. Dr. Friedman walked in the door and rudely ordered me off the bed. He didnt make eye contact or introduce himself. he started his interrogation immediately. My urine had tested for a pain pill that was not prescribed. I was given the pill to help my pain.
