Excellent doctor and staff.
Dr. Arfai has been my doctor for many years. He and his staff are amazing. He not only cares about my pain but about other medical issues going on in my life and how I'm doing. He knows who I am and knows everything about me. I highly recommend him. The nurses that work with him in the surgical center are sweet and amazing. The staff and doctors in the pain management clinic are also amazing. I love them all.
First and foremost, My gratitude goes out to Dr. Gostine for his professionalism in providing me his outstanding services today. Also needless to say Dr. Gostine’s medical staff were very helpful and made me feel at ease threw my worries from the medical procedure I received today. My expectations going forward are highly of California Back Pain Specialists Management Office.
Dr. Kiumars Arfai is the rudest doctor I have ever met. And I’m a paramedic, I’ve worked with hundreds of physicians. His apathy and inability to communicate with patients is quite significant. I cancelled all future appointments at this facility and will seek pain management somewhere else.
I have been Dr Arfai's patient for many years. I have never had a negative experience in this office. I found Dr Arfai to be a very kind man who listened to my experiences and opinions. I had a very bad pain problem in my back for a very long time. He spent MUCH time and diagnosed my problems and then proceeded to treat them. I have actually had 8 years with NO visits required until I reinjured my back last month. I am confident that he will determine what I did to reinjure my back and proceed with the appropriate treatment.... read more
