I called them several times over a three week period to get some important documents I needed for work and to reschedule my appointment but no one ever called me back. I then went there in person to get a copy of my report and MRI for my surgeon and they refused to give it to me. I then told them to just give me the report showing what procedures I had done and exactly where and they wouldn’t give that to me either. great people fills like family very caring and understanding
My husband was there yesterday for an injection and was very pleased. Staff & Dr. Hammer were very professional.
The Dr and nurses are always excellent HOWEVER I don’t wait for over 3 hours for a 5 minute check up with the nurse. Also think it’s very unprofessional to have a billing department that is incompetent . Bathrooms were filthy again!

Un-professional,Generic and TOTALLY un-concerned with your pain issues. Everything's 3 weeks to get addressed you'd be better w/using WebMD😵
