Moved to Austral last year and needed a new podiatrist as I was due for new orthotics and decided to try this one as it is close to home and has excellent reviews. Michelle is lovely and very good at what she does. Despite my feet being bad enough that the numbers seem like a mistake Michelle got me orthotics that work and gave me excellent shoe recommendations for when I run. While she is still in Austral I wont be going anywhere else.
Was looking for a last-minute appointment today, and I'm so lucky to have met Michelle. She was so gentle and kind not only with her words but her actions, having an ingrown toenail removed, I felt virtually no pain. Michelle talked me through every action she was taking, so I wasn't caught by surprise and felt more at ease. Highly recommend!
Can not thank or recommend Michelle enough. Professional and friendly, my daughters issue was immediately identified and effective treatment provided. Will definitely be seeing Michelle for any future needs.
