I get more than 1 medication and suppose to be filled the same time well they only call in 1 and I called in and left voice-mail never heard back from them and I had appointment conflicts and called and again had to leave voice-mail never heard back from them it has gotten to be and feel like they don't care and it doesn't matter because they have you where they want you knowing you need them to keep you pain free so, so what we didn't call back what are you going to do about it

After 12 years of pain meds, during a severe oral surgery I was exposed to excessive pain above my current pain and ran low on my pain meds, especially after the pain meds were cut in half leaving me in constant pain. Since CDC has removed restriction due to being severely wrong. Dr. Stone dimissed me from their office due to being the first time of written notice from office on running low on meds. My mother was following up with this clinic for almost a year and it is the WORST experience we ever had!!!! You can never reach them if you have an issue with your medication. My mom had to go 10 days without her medication suffering in agonizing pain because they never check their messages and you cannot get a hold of them, and the triage service sent them so many messages that they never responded to that the lady had to physically go to them. If I could I would shut this place down. I went in and saw a lady who is NOT the doctor on 1/6/21, but hey it's okay because she reports to a doctor. Apparently the doctor didn't get the correct information that I am a diabetic. They put me on a medication that causes low and or high blood sugars in diabetics, and didn't tell me that, that could be a side effect of the medication. It put me in the hospital with a blood sugar of 466 after only being on this medication for a couple of days. I was told to leave the ER when my b... read more
