Excellent doctor, diagnosis and treats well.
This who process was a joke. From the office staff to the endoscopy to the follow up process. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at any point in time! I don't recommend this place at all! The office staff never responds to messages, you get calls weeks later with test results stating 2 different things. Total nightmare. We will never go back or refer anyone to this guy!
First colonoscopy and I was extremely nervous. Everybody at the office was great and I was in and out in an hour.
Amazing staff and doctor. I had to have a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Everyone at the office was amazing, from the front desk, to the nurse who took my vitals, to the anesthesiologist, to Dr. Pai. I highly recommend Dr. Pai for any of your GI needs.
a kind MD but not thorough. I was discharged with the same issues that I was admitted with. He was more concerned with catching a flight to California than he was in treating me.
Only Ashley finally took care of my personal care. After 11 days after procedures she finally made quite a difference in my condition. A follow up appointment with the correct medication and help with diet made my life livable I have another appointment and she has personally called me to check on my well being. Dr Pai must rely on Ashley because she was the only employee who truly cared!
Dr Pia did an endoscopy unfortunately that wasn't my problem. I understand that it wasn't his fault for the missed diagnosis I've had this procedure several times, but never felt this sick five months later I'm still feeling terrible. I arrived thirty minutes late due to medical transportation mixed up, therefore I was turned away, and denied service. I asked the P A will she see me of course it was a harsh no. I'm hurt my heart is broken because I was turn away when I need these people most GOD
I never saw him! Showed up for my appointment I made 5 weeks earlier. Office was packed, no place to sit. I felt like I was in the ghetto. Took 10 minutes for staff to acknowledge me, they were running around stressed. They couldn't find me as having an appointment. Offered to make me one! I refused! My PCP referred and sent them my information too! Not impressed!
Daily abdomen pain from adhesion and scar tissue. I had a colonoscopy which Dr. Pai help relieved the pain by breaking up some of the scar tissue. His treatment saved me from severe pain every time I ate something. His staff was very professional. Dr. Pai took time explained why I was in so much pain. He is an excellent Doctor and he assured me there would be no problem during the procedure, since I very Frighten of the procedure.
