Dr friendly and caring
While I have no issue with Dr. Pai himself, the staff here are extremely incompetent? Lazy? Uncaring? Maybe all these things. Received a letter from this office 10 days ago and have tried to contact the office since then to clarify a situation. Have left 4 or 5 messages and have yet to get a call back. So, I agree completely with other reviewer--try answering your phone, or calling patients back, or we'll be going somewhere else.
Not Good
First off let me explain that I teetered with ranking this at 2-stars. I'm giving 2 stars because I survived, It could have been a worse situation and the staff wasn't as bad as some may have encountered on their own personal experiences. Thank God the was no requirement for wearing masks any longer though. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy last Thursday. my first colonoscopy was no a good experience
My first visit to this office was excellent. Each and everyone who worked with me were kind, friendly and respectful. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy 13 years ago at a local hospital. All went well. Dr. Pai was my gastroenterologist then and now, visiting his private practice exceeded my expectations. My thanks to all who work there.
Try answering your phone once in a while or calling your patients back.
I recently had a procedure at Dr. Pai's office. Everyone there was great. Kendra and Adrian were my nurses. They were very kind. I barely felt the IV start (thank you, Kendra). I was done, and ready to be picked up in an efficient amount of time. Dr. Pai is a very good doctor. I am an RN and have known him for many years. I highly recommend him. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Absolutely amazing service! Brought my grandmother here for treatment and the front desk manager was extremely helpful and caring! I would highly recommend!
