Attention! If you are a patient: 1. DO NOT ENGAGE with the staff. Anything you say will be used against you and twisted to justify why you have no capacity to consent. They will smear your character to undermine your credibility. 2. Formally declare a NOMINATED SUPPORT PERSON, as they can see any documentation hidden from you. You may then obtain a Freedom of Information request of your hospital records when you are discharged to see all the false information written about you. When I worked there two female staff members arranged their weddings on the phone from the office, stayed in the office most of shift no contact with clients One had a hot air balloon wedding and the other well, basically they were not focused on the role they were in. Yelled at clients very rude. Then male workers played table tennis most of shift or watched sport not engaging with clients. The male manager used the toilets as a meeting place to smoke with other staff members. It was a toxic non caring environment, and they... read more

Felt like a prison. Some serious investigation is needed into the care. No structure is provided it should be shut down until it’s been investigated I had a horrible one night stay I was lucky to only need one night until my private hospital bed was available. I felt unsafe dirty and horrible.

Staff gave me a pamphlet and let me out before my hold was up and told me to sleep in the emergency department waiting room and refused to help
