Do you like cardboard-like crust? – If you enjoy cardboard-like crusts for your pizza, this is your place! We used to like their pizza's, but the past couple of pies have left us wondering "what's changed?" We won't be back.

Why is this place rated so highly? – If you like cardboard you will like Pagliacci. As a long time Seattleite, I have never figured out why this place gets such good ratings. I will admit, their Pagliacci salad is good, but I wish the pizza was better.
Great big pizza – I love their pizza, it's a little pricey but it's huge with fresh toppings and they deliver to where ever I tend to be rather quickly. The toppings are fresh. Sometimes I wish it had a little more sauce though. It doesn't have a greasy flavor. I'm not to found of their salad but it is fresh. The bread sticks are good if you like lots of dried herbs.

Best Pizza ever! – I love this restaurant - they serve amazing pizza and the service is incredible. I highly recommend their salad - it's a signature item on their menu. Pagliacci never disappoints.
This CAN'T be the best pizza in Seattle! – How can this be the best pizza in Seattle? The pizza is definitely subpar - it doesn't compare to even the average places in any large metropolitan area (NY, Chicago, DC, SF, etc.). The crust was undercooked, there was too much cheese and it was just bland! There HAS to be better and more authentic pizza in Seattle vs. this mass produced cardboard.
