big on hype, but always disappointing – "Gourmet" pizza can be fantastic: exotic ingredients layered in inspired combinations, just the right olive oil, a nice biting marinara or bolognese sauce (or a garlic cream sauce with clams), etc. Unfortunately, for all its lauds as a premier pizza vendor in Seattle, every pie I've had from Pagliacci's has had remarkably little flavor. Maybe it's because they seem to have a law that toppings should never touch one another, or that pizza sauce should resemble tomato soup base, or that ... read more

Great Customer Service - Free Pizza – I would highly recommend this company. I order delivery regularly and they are always on time. I have never had to wait more than 45 minutes. The pizza tastes fabulous, and it's always consistent in taste and quality. Customer service on the phone is positive and helpful. Pagliacci is a bit pricy, but well worth it. I even got a free pizza for being a "frequent flyer."

excellent – Excellent. Among the very best pizza I've had anywhere. The restaurant could be a little cleaner.

Best Pizza – It is an added bonus that when I call for delivery, they have my favorites on file. Always good service.

Dependably good – Pags has a bad rap and I have never been able to figure out why--for classic NY-style pizza, I think it might be the best in town. The seasonal primo pizzas, like one right now covered in mushrooms or one with figs and proscuitto, are really inventive and delicious. And the usual favorites--pesto primo, pepperoni, etc--are just as good. I think it's the best option for pizza delivery and a darn good product. It might not change your LIFE, but you definitely won't be disappointed.

Sweetest pizza place EVER. – I just called Pagliacci on Broadway for a pizza, and I liked the sound of their seasonal special, but then I kind of balked at the price over the phone and decided to get something cheaper. The phone clerk was really sweet and patient about my waffling between options, and when the delivery gal showed up, she informed me that the pizza was free as a thank you for being a great local customer (!). When I got it upstairs and opened it up, it was the original special we'd discussed, too. I can't get... read more

Overated, but tasty... – Here's the situation with Pagliacci: Overrated in taste, but highly consistant. Lets face it people, this pizza is good, but not "wow!, I need to call my friends!" It is number one for knowing what your gonna get, before you get it. However, I am not overly impressed with the pie compared to what else you can find around here, and its a little steep in price.

Best Pizza in Seattle! Bad resturant though... – I love Pagliacci Pizzas! I personally love thin crust pizzas, and I think they have one of the best thin crusts. I love their AGOG Primo Pizza. The roasted garlic is o delicious on the AGOG! They also have an excellent Paglliaccio salad. I can eat that salad every single day. I usually get take out, but I have been to their Bellevue location twice. Both times, the service was subpar. Once I went with a big group, and the hostess won't seat us until half the party has arrived. ... read more

gourment pizza but really think crust – Their pizza is totally a kind of their own. Not like the average pizza hut or dominoes, this pizza is jam packed with flavor and ingredients. But crust lovers beware, this pizza is thin crust any which way you order it. I advise anyone to order the brooklyn bridge the ingredients and flavors make up for the fact that there is no actual crust. Once you have gourment pizza like this you'll never go back to pizza hut!
