Being a former patient of Dr. Horne's, I expected this practice to be caring and have good client service; however, this is not the case. Being a new patient to the practice, I waited over 2 hours to see a nurse practitioner . I am a full time working mother and my time is just as valuable! It would have been a polite courtesy upon checking in that appointments are running late and given the option to reschedule. Waiting room was jammed packed and uncomfortable. Be prepared to pay for parking too!
