I just recently purchased a new build from Page Homes. I’m new to the area and am not familiar with builders in Amarillo. When first looking at the home it stood out from the other new builds I looked at. The craftsmanship and quality was superior. After purchasing the home there were a few things that needed to be done and adjusted. Bryan the builder was responsive and sent everyone out to get anything done that I needed. Page Homes constructed my home 2019 and provided a 10-year warranty that includes repairs for “major” structural issues. The term “major” is subjective to their views and purposes. Page will not define what “major” constitutes. After consulting a foundation company he sent about the concerns in my home, Page informed me that my foundation problems were not structural, and they would not provide any repairs. I was not allowed to view the foundation company’s report regarding my home. Despite the clear evidence of foundation i... read more
