Worst visit ever. Within 5 minutes I got accused of being a drug seeker. Anything I said from there on was ignored. Dont wast you time or money here.
I've had a lot of primary care physicians but Dr Curtis Page is by far the best. He listens to his patients which shows me he cares about each patient. His staff is outstanding. The whole staff including Dr Page have great bedside manner. I'm going home to Boston to live and I'm buying tickets for his staff to come with me. LOL. THANK YOU PAGE FAMILY PRACTICE YOUR AWESOME SAUCE
They are more interested in a high volume of patients ($) rather than care, I haven't seen my doctor in years, I always ask to make my appointment with him, but when I get there it's another "newer" doctor who doesn't know me nor really care about my health or a PA, that can't really answer my questions. I am very disappointed :(
Always been a little dysfunctional but here is what pushed it over the edge. I come in for an appointment I made a month ago, was told the person I was suppose to see went home. Said "okay I can come back tomorrow" the lady at the front desk tells me no no you're already here lets get you in. So I wait, pay my co-pay, an hour goes by. I walk up to the desk and ask how much longer. I was then told that no one knew I was waiting and I'll have to come back... I said I would come back an hour ago and was told to wait!!! Really like the people in the office and the doctor's and nurses are great!!
Poor poor service and lack of empathy for real emergency situiations....ive been seen n the er twice within 5 days because nobody could schedule an appointment for deathly migraines Costing me more than 7k in uneccesary testing and procedures This is not ur place if u r looking to be cared for..urgent care , yeah right...more like die and we will urgently call u to collect that 40$ u owe us.
