Never got a chance to meet him due to poor customer service from the front desk staff.
I have been going to Dr. Pafford since I was a little girl (now 26) and I absolutely love the office! I feel as though they put my interest first and always give superb customer service. I would recommend this office to anyone! They make going to the dentist a walk in the park!
I found Dr.Pafford through a friend several years ago, when I was having a lot of pain. He not only called me back, when I was in pain over the weekend and came in the office to see me!! His gentle chairside manner is superb. , there isnt a radio. so it is very quiet.. but as far as the treatment you recive I dont think you can do better. At the end of my treatment I was given a nice real warm towel.. a nice touch !
Dr. Pafford cares more about his patients than any dentist I've come across! His practice runs so smoothly and you always feel comfortable with his staff most of which have been there for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend using him!

I have seen Dr. Pafford for 30 years and am so pleased that I drive from Atlanta to Lawrenceville to see him. My sister drives from Madison / Greensboro area to Lawrenceville to see him. He has told us both that he would understand if we wanted to switch to someone closer to home, but we are so pleased and our visits are so infrequent, it is worth the 30-75 minute commute. Dr. Pafford and his staff are incredibly friendly. I always feel comfortable. My 3 year old just went for his first visit and wasn't scared at all.
I had 2 fillings done by Dr. Pafford. He is a great dentist and I recommend him to everyone.
I love Dr. Pafford...I am 21 and have been going to him all my life. He is so nice and relaxing...He is great with children and adults a like...I recommend him highly...and his staff are great, they actually remember you and keep you on a first name basis.
