Very hateful employees, was at ammunition counter and asked to see a box of shells and got ignored. Cashier was very rude and acted like she was better than me and looked at me like I was a piece of trash. Will never be back!!!!
Bought a new rifle at Paducah Shooter Supply, Had a jam issue with it, took it in for them to look at it. Lynn and Chance test fired it, saw the problem and made necessary repairs immediately while I waited. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Paducah Shooter Supply. Bill Beyer

Archery department is 2nd to none. Ask for hunter or devin for all your bow needs.
Family owned and operated. A local business that knows their business. We have bought all our boys guns there and they have competitive prices and knowledge of product.
Bought class 3 item from them waited 9 months called them shooters told me still waiting called ATF they said shooters received the ok 3 months ago called shooters back they magically find the paper work. Strike two took a gun to them to fix in December call them in end off March they tell me they haven't ordered parts yet and will be another 3 months after they get parts on a 30 minute job. So I picked if up fixed it myself. Hate it love the staff and store but my past two visits
I bought a new Kimber Micro there today great and fast service, even with a packed store I wasn't in there 25 mins including the background check... I'll definitely be a return shopper.
