Had a gun fitted and was cut to small. Wanted me to buy new stock to fix it. Said it would be 2-3 weeks to do so. It was 5 weeks later to receive the gun back
Better customer service, many employees in the firearms and archery area are absolutely horrible with ignoring customers

I came in the other day to buy a pistol and had $1100 in my pocket to do so. After standing around and trying to flag down someone to help me--it became increasing clear that this is a place where only local regulars are welcome.
