Very good customer service
Just purchased a new vehicle from Paducah Mazda. We had a great experience. I understand some are critical of the service department, and maybe l will agree with that feeling at some point, but based on our purchase experience, I would recommend them!

Sorry, although I'm grateful for the oil change while on a road trip not only did these guys leave 2 quarts of oil out of my car but some idiot amongst them leaned something up against my fender well, driver side, and scratched the hell outta my car...looks like a technician belt buckle rub...leaning over my car without protection...protection would have save you from screwing up my 2024 Mazda...These guys said the reason they left my Mazda CX90 short of oil was the car it too new to have in their system so they Googled the ... read more
