Paducah Ford in Paducah Kentucky are rip off's they will treat you super nice to buy a car then turn around and walk away from you when you tell them there's a problem with the car after you bought the car.Im disable I bought a $10.000 car and when I noticed when I got on the highway the trans started slipping so I checked the trans fuild it smelled burnt so I took it to a mechanic and had them change the transmission fluid cost me $300 the transmission fluid still smoke burnt and it was still slipping I only had the car for... read more

I purchased a used 2016 F150 from Paducah Ford. I own my part in that I was in a hurry and didn't do my due diligence or purchase a warranty (I was headed cross country and didn't think it would be honored). I also felt buying a vehicle from a dealership should be a safe bet, though I no longer hold that belief. I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle since I purchased it and have spent over $10,000 on repairs within one month. Bought a car from Paducah ford with less than 10K miles on it. 2 days after purchase it needs a new battery. 1 week after purchase I have no lights & another new battery is needed. Toyota looked the car over & found a major accident listed where wires were sliced/dices & taped back together & it will be an 8K repair that is now not warranty bc of the shot job done. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Paducah Ford, we were told that the vehicle had been in a minor accident. A few years later, we decided to trade this vehicle in for a different one. A different dealership pulled up ****** and the vehicle is showing that it had been in a total loss accident. Paducah Ford does not want to own up on the fact that they sold us a vehicle that has been in a total loss and should not have been sold to us at the price we paid for. I lost my keys in July. I had my car towed to Paducah Ford. They told me they would have to call a locksmith and make keys. They did. Then they tell me they just had their machine worked on the day before. My keys will not program. They tell me the next day, they had their machine fixed, it worked for another car but would not work with mine. They needed to run another Diagnostic test for $169 to see why my keys would not program. I told them that was fine. I needed my car, 2 days later I find my spare key. I go to the shop ... read more
