I went to a Zumba Fitness class there on Thursday. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The Zumba class was awesome. Lots of equipment there and very clean gym.

I couldn't walk half a block 2 years ago and was in constant pain in my back and hips. I started doing exercises in the pool after being sent to aqua therapy for 6 weeks by my doctor. I am happy to say now I am able to do my own yard work (push mower) and have virtually no back pain even after standing several hours. PAC has classes for arthritis sufferers and many activities for individual exercise. The people who run it are super nice people!
