We went for maybe 2 weeks in June. Cancelled our membership because our car broke down and yet still being charged. I was told that because I didn't have it sent certified and they couldn't "find" the paper that it's ok that they pull money off my card. They also said that even though we aren't active and if they looked at our activity that even when it showed we don't use it that it didn't matter because people liked just being able to say they were members there. Keeps charging my card even after I have cancelled in person, by phone, and talked to Wes.

Robert to cancel all you have to do is bring in your cancellation letter, key fob, cancellation fee. You have not done this. When you signed up you have to read and initial agreeing to cancellation terms. If you would like to pick up your membership agreement feel free during staffed hours. Thank you.

I love the PAC. The staff are all so,friendly I always get a great workout between the pool and gym area and so much best gym in the Paducah area if u ask me
