La manejdora de apellido Leal es muy Grosera no tiene criterio, de verdad no tiene tacto para tratar a las personas y menos para resolver problemas pésimo servicio por parte de ella de ahí en fuera todos los empleados muy amables. las instalaciones están deterioradas el servicio del agua fue suspendido por más de 5 horas. un día antes de suspender el servicio, se nos inundó el baño porque los huéspedes del piso de arriba se bañaron y se nos filtró toda el agua a nuestro cuarto. no volvemos a hospedarnos en ese hotel. sobre t... read more
This place is a hole and should be burned to the ground. We checked in and there was no water then when the water did come on it was mud looking coming out. The rooms we old, smelled like dog piss, beds were discussing... no towels in the bathroom, ceiling was falling in... sure there will be bugs 🐜 just waiting for them to come out. Don’t wast your money or time ... this place is a dump

RecommendedLate check in for us 2am and George was so welcoming and so friendly. Beautiful view and very reasonable pricing. We loved our 8th floor view!
