I have been seeing Dr Wilkerson for probably 15 years, and I couldn't be happier. She's always willing to answer questions, and does great work (I've had various fillings done). She also has such a good rapport with my son that when I think he hasn't brushed/flossed thoroughly enough, I can ask "Would Dr Wilkerson be impressed with how you did it?"...and he will turn around and go brush again. I saw Dr. Dutta for over 2 years. She is a very nice person but her office is poorly organized and unprofessional. I arrived for an appointment and my trays were not even there. Total waste of my time. I was always kept waiting. Once I sat in the chair for over 20 minutes while she tried to sell her services to a parent in the next room. The deal breaker was when her assistant created a retainer for me after Dr. Dutta left (because she messed up the first retainer) that was incorrect (had a bubble). Patient Discrimination and Malpractice. Poorly trained staff. They simply can't handle COVID-19 instructions for patients who have traveled abroad. Even after insisting to show my negative test, they refused to see me, based on the doctor's decision. No further evidence or document was shown to prove or sustain the decision to deny the service. RecommendedPadonia Dental is awesome. Staff is very friendly and thorough. The doctors explain what they are doing and options for treatment. The receptionists and dental assistants are always smiling and welcoming. I felt very safe with all current covid guidelines being used. I came for tooth pain today and was able to get a consult and root canal in the same day. In addition to dentists, there is also an endodontist and orthodontist on site. I would definitely recommend Padonia Dental Assoc. to friends and family.
This place is the best! Staff is professional yet friendly, and they communicate well by letting you know in advance what they plan to do. No surprises here. Check-in and check-out are thorough and efficient.

The entire staff at Padonia Dental Associates help to ease the fear my smallest children have of going to the "Dentist". The front desk, hygienist's, assistant's and Doctor's do an amazing job making my children feel comfortable and safe. Thank you all again for a happy and uneventful visit! 🥰
