My 10 Year old boxer Memphis had dental surgery here 2 weeks and another surgery this past Tuesday for a spider bite. They took such good care of my boy and were the sweetest and keep me updated during the process. Love this place, the vets and the staff! Memphis is our sweet baby and they treated him so well!
Update to my previous 5 star review. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE ANY BREED OF DOODLE!! We had such a great relationship with Dr. Polu and very much enjoyed seeing her over the last couple of years since moving to NC. However, today when taking my dog for vaccines we were introduced to Dr. Purcell and it didn’t go well at all. My dog (a Goldendoodle) had epilepsy that she required medication for. I Took my Yorkie in today for a routine check up and I cannot say enough about how my Pet and I were treated. The lady at the front desk, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, was exceptional, friendly and informative. The vet tech that updated our chart and took all the information was wonderful. Very caring and Had patience with my dog. The veterinarian,Dr palkowetz was great. That was the first time meeting her and I could not have asked for a more caring, and compassionate Doctor. We used this hospital since we moved to NC as my son took his three puppies there and believed it was a good hospital. Dr. Freels operated on Itsy Bitsy (3 lbs) and removed a bladder stone. After our move here we brought our Maltese, Sherlock, to Dr Freels who took care of two UTI's. On our last couple of visits Dr. Freels was gone and on two separate visits saw two different Vets. I've been coming here to the same vet for 7 years I have seen four vets but the new staff very nice my dog has a dental issues he had to have surgery and I just want to say Dr Max is amazing veterinarian he cares so much about the animals and the staff is amazing I would highly recommend this place to a friend
