I highly recommend Greg Padgett and the Padgett Law firm for estate legal work. Greg worked with me as an executor of my father's estate over several years which was complicated and became quite contentious. Not only does Greg have a lot of experience and knowledge but he was also very practical and was always doing everything he could to minimize the legal costs to the estate. I also appreciated that he was always looking for solutions and never made things personal. Greg is a total professional!
Greg Padgett is a very well respected Trust & Estate Lawyer for his vast experience and expertise. He works with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. He came very highly recommended by many disparate and trusted sources. I would not give credence to reviews without any commentary or from the opposing side of litigation. In my experience, no one thinks kindly of the lawyer on the other side of the table, but if Greg is on your side of the table he will work diligently for you to gain a successful outcome.
