I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service my daughter and I received at your salon on Oct. 29th, 2025. My mother invited us for a "girls' day," but our experience was far from enjoyable. My daughter felt embarrassed and uncomfortable during her pedicure. The technician spoke in another language, constantly messed with her toes, and was aggressively "digging" at them. I also had a negative experience, as the polish application on my nails was subpar.
