The staff were very cheerful, especially Kim. She contacted my insurance and employer and got my forms for me and submitted them by the end of my first visit. The doctor is very approachable and empathetic to financial and fear issues. She explained my problems in plain language and presented my options in am understandable way which made making my decisions easier.
