I’ve been following Pad Flow on Insta for a while before I took the leap to join. It’s about a 30-40min drive for me each way and it’s worth the drive for me. I was nervous going out there for the first time. I’ve been here now for over a month and it honestly feels like my home away from home. I couldn’t recommend Pad Flow Gym enough. Since moving to Sydney I was hoping I’d find a gym with a sense of community, quality training and some dog friends too You won’t regret coming down & seeing for yourself!
Great place to learn how to box, improve your skills and stay fit, also with a great atmosphere & facilities. Gideon & Horrace are legends & brilliant trainers, their sessions are technical, good work outs and they take the time to improve your skills one on one during the sessions. It's a great community & boxing gym
I've been going to Pad Flow gym for one month and so far it's been amazing! The gym community is wonderful and the coaches are great, it's like family. Also, as a total boxing beginner I feel I'm improving and I'm never left behind, so I would definitely recommend this gym to everybody!
