The service department went above and beyond for needs. Josh helped diagnose our issues over the phone so well that we got down to the exact problem. Then Jim in the parts department wasted no time in helping us get our part directly to us. This service we received is exactly why we will stay with the PacWest team.
Called to get a service call back in October. Called to see if we can still get on the schedule in November. Still waiting and no calls back and now in December.
Easy to get in and out, you unload yourself. Friendly people.
