I am sad to see this piece of Orlando's history close. My first and my last meal were awesome. The staff are awesome and some have been there 25+ years. Says a lot about the environment and why folks are so loyal.
Several years ago when I owned a business on Orange Ave., my father and I would eat at Paco's every day. Some days for lunch and some days for supper. We would always order a plate of nachos, followed by three cheese enchiladas, beans and rice. Your chips and salsa were the best. I have literally eaten there hundreds of times and Paco's has always been one of my favorite restaurants. I now live in Apopka and almost never come to town anymore.
