Tables are sticky. Need dehumidifiers or something. It’s gross. Catfish nasty. Mashed potatoes came out brown.
The historic building is the only good thing about this restaurant. As many other reviewers have said, the food used to be good but it isn't any more. I had the worst breaded shrimp I've ever had in my life. The breading had a grainy texture and the shrimp itself was so overcooked it was like rubber. Prime rib was undercooked twice and tough. Worst prime rib I have had.
Three of us ate here, all three orders of fries were burnt and my friends' burgers were overcooked.
