I have been a customer for 2 years. This family owned business has been excellent to work with. I went by today to get a larger unit. Peyton was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very quick in getting me set up for a transfer. I highly recommend Pack-Rat Storage.
I would not recommend these storage units at all. Most of the people that work there are rude and inpatient. They do not provide a dumpster for your trash like the other storage units around here do. It is inconvenient to get into, and prices are not good at all. They charge just as much or more than any other climate controlled units in Bay county. And it's supposed to be private and secure, but half the time their security gate is broken and left wide open. There are several other storage units in the area that I would try... read more
