Peyton was AMAZING!!!
Excellent customer service, Peyton answered all our questions and provided a full overview of the spaces available and noticed I was a retired Vet and offered a 5% discount on the monthly rent, the only storage facility in the Panama City beach area that did that. If you need a place to store all the extra I highly recommend Pack-Rat.
We came to Pack Rat over 3 years ago, after being victims to a robbery at a bigger franchise storage facility nearby. Pack Rat is a local, family owned business and they have been outstanding to work with for the time that we have been with them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, AND they offer a military discount, which was awesome since most places in PCB do not. I will recommend Pack Rat Storage over ANY other local storage; chain or otherwise!
We utilized Pack Rat storage after relocating from New Jersey to Florida. I don't have anything negative to say about the actual facilities or pricing. About a year and a half after we moved here I was diagnosed with adrenal cancer. This caused a significant decline in our income. Wonderful experience. Friendly staff and clean environment. I moved from Georgia over a year ago and have had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this family owned storage company.
