Great experience with Pack Rat Storage. She responded to my email within hours and worked hard to help me find the right size unit. I also loved that the rentals are monthly, which was perfect for my situation. Signing the papers was quick and easy, and she was so kind and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend them.

Found Pack Rat on the internet. Only need storage short term but still treated very well. Just started putting items in storage today (Sun) and the on site employee stopped by and asked if I needed anything! Very friendly people and clean storage. Love the option for climate controlled (which we took). Would definitely recommend Pack Rat!
