Very nice and clean
Clean, safe, well maintained storage facility tucked away in a pretty little residential neighborhood. The staff at the Brinkley Rd location are approachable and friendly, and the owner is a kind and generous community supporter...

Recommend! Amanda was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable on available options, the process was quick, and the price was excellent, including promos!
Great experience with Pack Rat Storage. She responded to my email within hours and worked hard to help me find the right size unit. I also loved that the rentals are monthly, which was perfect for my situation. Signing the papers was quick and easy, and she was so kind and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend them.
