They do not pick up or deliver on promised days. We had to push back our closing 3 days bc of them not picking it up when they promised. Now the empty pod has been sitting in our driveway for 19 days since we called for pickup. They scheduled pickup for 8/16 and on 8/17 told me it was postponed. Now on 8/18 they didn’t show again. Save yourself time, money, and stress. DO NOT DO ANY BUISNESS WITH PACK RAT or ZIPPY SHELL. I know I will never will fall for that again. They are the most irresponsible, distrustful and EXPENSIVE moving service there is. First, when you get a quote and sign an agreement for a long distance moving they tell you the payment is in two parts, one when they leave the container for loading, and the second once they deliver your goods.
