I had been a patient of Dr. Pack for years. When he sold his practice, my brother in law went to see Dr. Poonawala and he told me he really liked her. I needed either glasses or contacts to drive. I went to see her and she fixed me right up. I really like her. I would encourage anyone that needs glasses or contacts to go see her.
I was in Ft Worth visiting family when I had eye pain & swelling. I had cataract surgery a month ago & thought maybe something was wrong but was something different. Started calling to see doctor. Second call was to Pack & got appointment same day & everyone was wonderful & very helpful. Thank you again.
Dr. Ponnawala is terrific! I've seen Dr. Pack for years but decided to try her after he retired. I'm so happy I did! She's a great fit for the practice!
The BEST eye Optometrist that I have ever experienced from all Optometrist ever. Most places made me feel like cattle get them in and out! Dr. Pack makes you feel the doctor–patient relationship practice. A delivery of high-quality eye care in the diagnosis and treatment to receive the best outcome for a patient.
One of the most competent optometrist in the field. Excellent selection of frames and very knowledgeable staff to assist. I have been seeing him for 8 years not only for glasses but my contacts.
I took a pair of expensive Tom Ford frames to have new lenses in them. They ruined the frames by overheating them. Their solution: too bad but we won't do anything about it. The story was "nobody in the optical business would do anything about ruined frames." In other words, I messed up--I trusted them. I have never seen such terrible customer service or such nerve to provide no remedy. It's a real racket to have a "profession" with no responsibility for anything.
He is the best doctor I've ever seen. He is patient and caring.
