it was quite a surprise yesterday to see the new practice in place. I've been a Pack Optical patient for years. I was a little nervous at first, as I've become used to a certain level of service. my concerns were unfounded, I found everyone to be helpful, kind, and considerate. The new Doc was super attentive and ready to answer questions. she stopped several times and ask do you have any questions. She said she would speak to another doctor About Eye therapy. she would do that on Monday and get back to me soon. Made sure she had my cell phone for contact information. I'll know better Monday or Tuesday if she gets back to me with information. She seemed to be wonderful. I was as comfortable with her as if I were speaking to my own grown children.
