The pack health program is a great idea, and I love it. It could benifits by using more fresh produce, but overall it was great having healthy food and recipies delivered to my door. And my advisor Emily was an absolute sweetheart. I would recommend this service to anyone with diabetes if you are looking to eat right and loose weight and maintain healthy BSL's.
