I brought my 2023 Hyundai Elantra to Pacifico Hyundai after an attempted theft damaged the ignition area and steering-column shroud. I needed the vehicle properly diagnosed and repaired because it's important transportation for me. I left extremely disappointed with the experience. I was given an estimate of approximately $4,038, including a $1,612.13 “KEY & CY” lock/key assembly plus $1,393 in labor for that portion of the repair.
