Pacificoford I was looking for a pre-owned 2007 Ford Crossover that is well-maintained and affordable. I went to a dealer who specializes in certified pre-owned vehicles. I was impressed with the extensive collection of pre-owned vehicles at Pacifico Ford. The dealership exhibits a wide array of used vehicles of other makers as well! Quality Dealership We have purchased 5 cars from Pacifico Ford in the past 10 years and have never gotten anything but great deals and fantastic service. We are treated so well! We also have had great experiences with their service department as well as their Quick Lube oil change service.
Terrible The sales manager tried to tell me my transmission was bad and would only offer me $200.00 and saying that the trade-in was irrelevant. What an insult. I checked with my mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong at all with my transmission. I would never ever recommend this dealer to anyone. They are scam artists in my opinion. It was close to being the worst experience with a car dealer ever.

about the first post... To the man who wrote the first post. I've been working for Ford dealer's in the area for over ten years. If you were able to find such parts at those prices it must be because the are not Ford part but aftermarket. Aftermarket parts will always be less expensive but lack the quality of a Ford remanufactured or Motorcraft part. Also, any joe can got to a Pep Boys and get a $99.00 diagnosis on a transmission or check engine light but all you are walking away with is the code. Just pulling a simple code ... read more
One of the worst We bought a used "08" vehicle from this dealer. They promised a few items to be fixed or replaced before we actually bought the truck. The things that were promised were either not done and they proceeded to say that they were or they were done very carelessly. I am not happy with how nice many managers and sales representatives are when your looking to buy a car but when you buy it they are completely rude and liars. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from PACIFICO FORD.
