I WANT TO PACIFICO FORD AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER TO HAVE MY TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR FAULT I'VE HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND I'M STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT AND IS UNDER WARRANTY AND I'M BEING TOLD THAT I CAN ONLY BRING IT BACK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAYS IF I TAKE OFF FROM WORK I DON'T GET PAID. Not sure if this is good, however, it's typical they don't listen. I called three other dealerships first so I already had my answer. This is not the first time I have not been happy with them. The first time was over 30 years ago and I hoped it would get better... I guess not. So I will see if it gets better
Not good. I scheduled my vehicle for service on a Monday. Dropped it off the night before. Nobody called me Monday to tell me status of my vehical. I called late in the day and they said they hadn't gotten to my vehicle. On Tuesday i called several times and got no update on my vehicle. I called Wednesday and the told me my vehicle was completed the day before and was ready for pickup. They couldn't verify any of the issues i brought my vehicle in for but performed a recall item.
