Not good. I scheduled my vehicle for service on a Monday. Dropped it off the night before. Nobody called me Monday to tell me status of my vehical. I called late in the day and they said they hadn't gotten to my vehicle. On Tuesday i called several times and got no update on my vehicle. I called Wednesday and the told me my vehicle was completed the day before and was ready for pickup. They couldn't verify any of the issues i brought my vehicle in for but performed a recall item. Great Staff Huge parts inventory
Do not buy from them. I bought a 2023 black label special edition tuxedo Navigator for $116k and have called several times since with complaints and every single one has been ignored. Never received a call back, not once. I used to rave about Lincoln. But never again will I purchase a Lincoln. Worst customer service ever!
