We were new to manufactured homes but Pacifica Homes specifically Mike Cavinder, helped us every step of the way in the purchase. He made a number of recommendations that made our home special. Almost 15 months later, he is still responsive to questions and has sent information when I asked for it. Pacifica Homes was and continues to be a pleasure to do business with!
