Knowledgeable and professional. They are very good at designing the inside and outside of their homes. Highly recommend!
A word of caution. I could not recommend Pacifica Homes based on my experience. I found the word of their sales representative to be unreliable. Turns out he acts at the direction of Pacifica Homes ownership. Pacifica asked that our contractor repair factory defects in our brand new 2023 home, and we did, believing that either Pacifica Homes or the manufacturer Fleetwood Homes would reimburse the cost. Turns out the joke is on us, and neither Fleetwood nor Pacifica will stand behind their word.
