Nurse aren't helpful or informative, even on their phones while doctor is doing a procedure really unsanitary. Dr Ben Ha is the worse he just walks in and out doesn't even acknowledge you as a patient and getting any sort of procedure with him is beyond painful. Changing provider cause I don't ever want to come back.
This is going to sound dramatic, but it’s true, Dr. Catherine Wong saved my life. Or rather my quality of life, which was nil before I came to her. Stay away from this place and avoid Dr Ben Ha. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a terrible experience with this doctor today. I was referred to him by my primary physician to treat multiple things, but mainly a cyst on my buttocks. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived 15mins earlier, and 5 mins later I was told that the doctor had a flat tire and would arrive after 10am, IF he was able to make it. I was in love with this facility until a serious medical attention was needed that's when they failed. My baby died due to lack of doctors advice. My baby was supposed to be born on june 1st but my baby died two days before and finally delivered him on june 4th it was the worst heart breaking experience of my life. I trusted my medical team to guide us, to have a safe pregnancy but that wasn't the case all they kept saying is baby is too big.
