I’ve used Pacific Stone several times for multiple jobs. Brad and the team have always gone above and beyond and done a great job helping us out. I understand that sometimes things don’t work out the way people want or expect , as mentioned in their reviews, but I’ve always had a good experience with Pacific Stone. Thanks guys!
Cannot get salesman to call me to answer questions. Receptionist tells me to send email. I send email asking for them to call me regarding some questions and he responds with an installation link. Thanks!
BUYERS BEWARE.... Very unhappy customer. We are a contractor and have used them a total of 4 times. First two times we were happy with the product however it did take longer then promised. 3rd order had several cracked pieces when we unwrapped the pallet which they blamed on us. 4th order was not coping but water bowls. They were beautiful however 2 months after installing them the started with hairline crack which turned into better cracks leaking everywhere. It has been 4 months and I still do not have new bowls.
