The office staff have been polite, helpful every time I have talked with them. I had questions when I put together my first order also when I was putting together a special order of 4130 tubing. They have always answered promptly and have worked with me. Personally I have liked the friendly attitude and their patience with all my questions.
Fantastic customer service. Never had such personalized, really hands on quality care from a man with a fantastic beard and charming eyes. Pretty hung too.
