I am 72 and have laminectomies in 85, 86, 2016 and 2017. . All ruptured disks. I have spent my entire career in Oregon as a medical malpractice LAWYER and I have the ability to carefully research all of the physician's that I see. Dr. Keenen was referred to me as being "the real deal" by my primary care physician and I have to agree. After an emergency surgery to fix a severely herniated L5/S1 disk, I was up and moving around pain free within hours and I've finally gotten my life back. He and his staff did a great job of explaining what had gone wrong with my back, what they were doing to fix it, why they were doing what they were doing, and how it would effect me.
