Wish I could give 0 stars. I am a more recent tenant and I've had multiple issues with gas leaks, incorrectly installed pluming, and plumbing not being up to code. The response time is lackluster and takes weeks on end to get repairs completed. Good luck getting an update and things fixed. Renters and owners should run.
