The gate to the carport has been stuck open for a week and still has not been fixed. There has been no email from the property management team regarding that they are aware of this nor have they sent out an email assuring the tenants that this is being worked on. This is a safety issue and the lack of communication is incredibly disappointing.
What kind of absolute clown show doesn't even show up for a scheduled apartment tour?!?! DON'T BOTHER SCHEDULING A TOUR, THEY WON'T EVEN SHOW UP FOR IT!!! We waited for 30 minutes as it started to rain, and these bozos couldn't even pick up the phone to tell us what's going on.
Wasted our time. Confirmed the tour multiple times and then there was no one there. Called several time with no response. Compete waste of time. If this is the service than we dodged a bullet not signing here
We came to tour this apartment at 1pm with my roommates. We had an appointment, and I have multiple emails confirming the appointment. No one showed up to give us a tour, and we waited for 30 minutes. We called over 10 times and sent messages and there was no response. Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend living here.
$3k+$100s in BS fees (like the ratio utility Billings System) to Greystar, your new corporate slumlord, gets you: Poor management, if they can even keep someone hired over a few months, and landlord special "renovations" on a decades old building. The only good thing was the maintenance staff, who are kind and do their best.
