We were very happy with the work done and Jonathan was very helpful…with all the work he has to do he was still hands on..
UPDATE Nov 2025: The service only continues to worsen living here. The Property Manager that eventually came on-board stayed for only a few months, leaving abruptly reporting they couldn’t work for Greystar any longer. We still have no property manager and no one to contact with our needs. One tenant emailed Greystar for help and they forwarded the email to the Property Manager that HAD QUIT months prior. The gate to the carport has been stuck open for a week and still has not been fixed. There has been no email from the property management team regarding that they are aware of this nor have they sent out an email assuring the tenants that this is being worked on. This is a safety issue and the lack of communication is incredibly disappointing.
What kind of absolute clown show doesn't even show up for a scheduled apartment tour?!?! DON'T BOTHER SCHEDULING A TOUR, THEY WON'T EVEN SHOW UP FOR IT!!! We waited for 30 minutes as it started to rain, and these bozos couldn't even pick up the phone to tell us what's going on.
Wasted our time. Confirmed the tour multiple times and then there was no one there. Called several time with no response. Compete waste of time. If this is the service than we dodged a bullet not signing here
